Check our timetable and choose a class that suits your schedule — early mornings, after school, or evening sessions.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR TRIAL
Nerves are normal. Most of our members started as complete beginners — the hardest part is just showing up.

we know every journey is different. That’s why our timetable runs from early morning to late evening — making it easy to fit training around school, work, and family life.
Whether you want to smash a 6am class, send your kids to a safe after-school program, or unwind with a technical evening session, we’ve got something that fits.

Your trial covers a full week of unlimited classes.

Kids can begin from age 5 in our Little Chickens program. Teens and adults can start anytime.

Nope. Jiu Jitsu will build your fitness as you go. All you need to do is show up.

We’re a No-Gi academy. Just wear shorts and a rash guard/tee. We have extras if you need.
